One of my goals is to become a published food and lifestyle author someday. I cannot imagine anything more exciting than writing a book about the things that I love to talk and think about all day. Seeing that no publishers or major media publications are currently knocking at my door, I decided to become my own publisher for now… just to get a bit of practice.
You see, a few of my friends and co-workers have been asking me to write down my strategies for eating healthy during the work week without having to cook for hours each night. Very few people have the time or energy for that, and even so, we should be spending our free time exploring, working out and hanging out with friends… not holed up in some kitchen! Enough people started asking me for help that I decided to write a short guide with a few of my secrets.
Below an excerpt that summarizes the three main sections of the guide. The pdf contains a basic grocery list, some healthy snack ideas and six suggestions for simple strategies you can use on Sunday to prepare for healthy meals during the week.
I put this together because I care about helping people be healthy and enjoy the food that they eat. I also want to show the skeptics how easy it can be to cook beautiful, healthful food throughout the work week.
I would love to share this document with any and all of my readers. If you are interested in a copy of the full guide, please email me at email@example.com and I’ll send it off to you right away.
